I went to the Dubai Sky Views Observatory. A portion of its floor on the 53rd floor is made of glass. One can stand on the glass floor and see the scene below. The building has a small transparent chute outside on the same floor. I took the short slide in the chute. For people above a certain age, they also allow one to tether oneself to the building and then stand and swing outside on the ledge.

I took a cart plus camel trip to an area outside Dubai (Sharjah) for sand boarding. It was very windy and dusty. The ride in the cart vehicle was very bumpy. However, overall it was a fun and memorable experience.
